- 2 official copies of all university-level transcripts.
- 3 reference letters (preferably submitted electronically; but we will also accept hardcopies sealed with signature across envelope flap).
- GRE results (taken within the last 5 years; the GRE General test is required; the GRE Psychology Subject test is recommended but not required). Note: Our institution code is 0965, and our department code is 2016

Applicants should apply to the PhD program only if they will already have a Master's degree in Psychology by September 2014; otherwise they should apply to the Master's program.
Due to the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to notify individuals when documents are missing. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure your file is complete and submitted on time. If you plan to send material in November, you would be wise to use a courier service.
Files will be reviewed starting in early December with early decisions made by mid-January. We will attempt to notify all applicants of our decision by April 1, 2014.
