HELPDESK CLIENT COMPUTER SUPPORT
Helpdesk support is available throughout the year to departmental staff, faculty and research labs in need of expertise with computer software and hardware. Help is available for requests relating to:
- Troubleshooting PC and MAC desktop and laptop computers in
offices and labs.
- Installation/upgrading of licensed software on a computer.
- Peripherals (printers, scanners, external storage) setup.
- Setup of new computer desktop and laptop systems.
